Hi, I’m Roz Davies, and I’ve felt torn between it all too.

I spent 20 years leading inside some of the world’s biggest companies (Mars, Diageo, Danone) managing high-performing teams and growing incredible brands.

But behind the back-to-back meetings and colour-coded calendars…

I was burning out.

As a mum of two with a thriving career, I knew how to do everything. What I didn’t know was how to also be the mum I wanted to be whilst doing it.

Like so many women I coach now, I found myself stuck in a cycle:

- Pushing through.

- Saying yes to everyone.

- Working harder to make it all “work.”

And I ended up exhausted and snapping at my kids because I was constantly rushing.

Until one day, I realised this wasn't working... and I couldn't be the mum I wanted to be if I carried on like this.

I'd given so much to work that there was barely any of me left for my kids at the end of the day.

That moment changed everything.

I rebuilt how I lead my life - and now I help other brilliant working mums do the same.

Because it’s not about doing less.

It’s about doing you - with more clarity and way less guilt.
